Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. A confirmed order is an offer to purchase that we accept when the item ships.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Stone Pine name, logo, product names, imagery, and copy — is owned by Stone Pine Co. and may not be used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Pine Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Always follow the safety guidance on the label and in our Candle Care guide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stone Pine Co. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
