Every candle is hand-poured to order and typically leaves our studio within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment it ships. All shipments are carbon-neutral.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over $75 (after discounts). We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your candle. If you're not delighted within 30 days of delivery, reach out — we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, even if the candle has been lit. No hoops, no restocking fees.

• • Unopened items: full refund to your original payment method.
• • Opened or lit items: replacement or refund at your choice.
• • Gift sets: exchange for any scent of equal value.
• • Damaged in transit: we replace it immediately — just send a photo.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@stonepinecandleco.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day.
3. Drop it off — refunds post within 3–5 business days of arrival.
